Who/What Are We Looking For?
• Professionally handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs
• Promote products and services effectively and comfortably
• Assist Field Personnel
• Handle some basic administrative duties
Qualifications:
• High school diploma (or GED)
• Customer Service/office administrative experience is preferred
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Dependable/Punctual
• Team player
Core Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to show empathy when responding to customer’s needs
Compensation:
• Paid hourly/weekly
Office Hours:
• Monday through Friday – 10AM until 7PM or 11AM to 8PM
